The staff responded so quickly via what’s app for any question we had. They checked in throughout our stay to ask if we needed new towels or cleaning. My view was amazing of the beautiful foliage and the sound of the river below the patio was so relaxing. Everything that I needed was within walking distance, lots of restaurants and bars to meet people, which I did and made lifelong friends here.
We had the option to prepare meals which we did and everyone was welcomed to enjoy with us especially the sangria.
Abdul, Yamila and the entire staff responded to any needs we had whether a taxi from the spa or to the local clinic.
Overall, one of my best experiences at an Airbnb. We met and talked with the other guests in the lounge area so you never felt quite alone.
Don’t pass up the opportunity to be treated like family instead of just a guest, I loved every moment at the Villa Alejandro! read less

The place is a bit outside of Boquete Downtown and has a... read moreWir hatten einen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in "The Residence" of Villa Alejandro. The place is a bit outside of Boquete Downtown and has a really beautiful garden. There's a giant common living room and a shared kitchen we used a lot. Also the room we were in was big and had big TV with all the Channels (Disney, Netflix, Prime etc.). It's very clean and comfortable. A taxi to town is normally four dollars and during the day you can also walk.
Nevertheless I can only give four stars due to two points, I want to constructively critizise: Frist of all, they never cleaned the room during our stay. Probably that's not the concept but I feel that for the high price, the room should be cleaned at least once during the stay of three nights. Also, we often found ourselves looking for someone of the reception to help, but noone was here. They always said they're here from 11am but appeared at 3pm. When we tried to contact via Whatsapp, they replied really late. So the communication part is a bit complicated at the residence. For the price you would expect a better service.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay here and thank you! 🙂 read less
