TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with Villa Alejandro, you automatically agree to the following key terms and conditions:

• The main guest must be there for the entire rental period (proxy rentals are not accepted). The check-in and check-out dates and number of guests agreed upon in the reservation must be met.
• Respect the silence hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
• No parties are allowed on the property.
• Special rates and reservations made online do not apply to Jubilados (retirement), with residence in Panama.
• Children under 14 years old are free of charge. Extra persons and young people over 14 years old pay a fee of USD $19.50 each per night.
• This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking inside the units will result in a fine of USD $150.
• Parking at your own risk. Villa Alejandro assumes no responsibility for damage or theft of parked cars.
• Upon arrival at our Villa Alejandro locations you will get an accommodation with towels, sheets, bathrobes in clean condition. In the event that towels, sheets, bathrobes are stained (especially from makeup, hair dye, wine, blood, etc.) so that they can no longer be cleaned, we will charge an additional fee.
• Guests agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good repair, and the use of appliances is intended for their intended purposes only.
• Keep common areas clean (kitchen and living room are shared by our guests).
• Do not wear shoes inside the accommodations, slippers will be provided at check-in.
• This establishment is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
• The primary guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is responsible for any and all guests or guardians during the reserved dates of stay, and is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss sustained by any person during his/her stay.

If you damage the room, casita or suite, you may be charged up to US $500. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as it is detected to avoid incurring damage charges.
