Receptionist

Become the face of our charming hotels in Boquete! We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to manage guest interactions, oversee reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay for all our visitors.

Salary: $600.00 – $750.00 per month. Full-time position

OBJECTIVES
  • Reservation consulting: Provide guests with comprehensive information about available rooms, rates, and hotel services.
  • Check-in and Check-out Management: Coordinate and perform guest entry and exit procedures precisely and organizedly.
  • Telephone Assistance: Handle phone calls of guests and inquiries friendly and professional.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel.
  • Personalized Attention: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests from their arrival to departure.
  • Concierge Services: Provide assistance to guests with local recommendations and additional services.
  • Payment Processing: Handle customer payment transactions accurately to ensure billing precision.
  • Valid/active health and work cards or work permissions
COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Living in Boquete (or surrounding areas).
  • Willingness and ability to work with a smile to support and assist our guests.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars, schedule trips and control multiple email inboxes.
  • Manage storing and retrieving digital files and maintaining databases
  • Ability to address any needs presented by guests in a friendly manner and achieve win-win results.
  • Respond to text messages, emails and calls from guests and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Willingness and ability to work on weekends or celebrations days in rotating shifts.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

The Executive Assistant directly supports the CEO at Villa Alejandro through a variety of administrative duties and executive projects, including managing calendars, organizing travel, and crafting presentations for meetings and more. Embody the spirit of Villa Alejandro as a polished and courteous brand ambassador during interactions with business partners.

Salary: $850.00 – $1200.00 per month. Full-time position

OBJECTIVES

  • Represent Villa Alejandro with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, maturity, and customer service in every interaction (internal and external), fostering genuine relationships and inspiring trust in the organization.
  • Skilled in translating Spanish and English to support business meetings and document workflows.
  • Take notes during Executive meetings and support with action item follow up.
  • Liaise between all departments and at all levels within the organization, tracking any outstanding action items to completion and confidently moving projects forward.
  • Follow applicable processes and procedures as well as write and maintain processes for their own responsibilities.
  • Manage personal assistant duties as needed.

COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in storing and retrieving digital files and maintaining databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars, scheduling travel, monitoring multiple email inboxes.
  • Ability to take detailed recording note of meetings and coaching calls that identify main points and action items.
  • Capacity to create agendas and other meeting materials.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed to support special projects.
  • Willingness to respond to text messages, emails and calls from the CEO & staff outside of standard office hours.
